I wore my killer shoes today..i think im the only one in my department who wears different shoes everyday to office..so they were all surprise how my shoes looked..it does look wild to the extent it could hurt someone cause of the sharp heels..lol..i guess these people in my office never own any of this killer shoes before..when ever I walk around..someone will be saying 'woah..waw..alina' the shoes..and they laughed..they cant accept the fact that im different..lol..

Lunch today..i made pasta macaroni alfredo with salad..it taste so good like as though it wasnt me who cooked it :p

Back to work..but im still on my holiday mood..i spent 5 days away from and all a sudden I feel like im not used to going home..all I wanted to do is just sticking around him for a little while longer..road trip was fun..1st stop at Cameron Highland at Strawberry Park Resort for a night..they had nice buffet breakfast..and off we continue our journey to Lumut jetty to get to Pangkor Island..there we stayed 2 nights..it was helluva fun time..stayed at Hornbill Resort at Nipah Bay..had good seafood dinner..went canoeing to Giam Island..was funny though cause its my first time canoe and the canoe keeps going in circles instead of going straight..

Since these guys could ride the motorbike..we rented 2 bikes..riding around the island..although I was a little scared with bikes..but it was fine..swim at the beach..checking out hot foreigner couples sunbathing on the beach of nipah bay..and I got sun burnt..yes! Im a little darker now..damn..

My vacation was a blast..and rite now im already thinking of going another place..either Melaka,Penang,Cherathing,Langkawi,Redang or Perhentian Island..gotta vote..lol

Happy chinese new year 1st of all..kinda late to wish..lol..i bought my 1st cheongsam..it looks great on me coz its white.. :) and I also received some ang pao..saved it immediately :p

APEC is done..finally..im known ss someone who messes up things..but it wasnt a big issue..so its fine..time for me to go for a sweet vacation for 4 days..maybe more if we ended up somewhere else..

Thats about it..oh yeah..we had fights and arguements..lets just see how long can he stands it..but for now we're back to lovey dovey mood..hmm..but last friday he brought me to a nice spanish bar restaurant in PJ..the pasta was so creamy..yum!

My buddy adlina came down from penang for CNY for holiday..so we met and I treated her sakae sushi at ioi mall..it was nice seeing her after a year..

My taekwondo team had a bbq pot luck cny party at Albert's mansion..coz its damn huge..lol..lots of food and fun and awkward moments..but those were good times..i made salad for the party

The smell went into my brains..Gonna get back my parking spot next month..no more train then..i am literally holding my nose..really!And whats with the news about the PM's wife spending a total of 100,000 dollars in aussie? Well all I can say..she should keep herself low profile instead of spending on high end products..100,000 dollars means alot to the malaysian citizen..shows that she is using the rakyat's money for her personal use..how we have contributed part of our salary for taxes..its just not right logically..i dont know which to believe..

I still do proud of myself for keeping a promise not to shop till february..its not tough..its just a matter of keeping yourself busy so that you wont have time to look at stuffs..good technic?

On another event..bf got high fever..we were supppse to go out for the weekends but had to stay put and take care of him..he has been having fever for the last 3 days and he kept it that way..when I came and thought about it..this is wrong..his fever cant be that long unless if its dengue..so I brought him to clinic again..and stayed over to accompany him..pity baby =( he hardly had mood to do anything..i had to keep on puting the cold pack around his head,neck and shoulder..so when I left today..he recovered better than the day before..he appreciated my patience and for all the troubling..i do it because I care for him..

By the way..i just got confirmed as a permanent employee at work place..feeling happy of my hardship..pretty happy for myself..

On another event, KL sentral was in a massive jam cause of the fire started on top of the 29th floor building..i read the online news and stated that the fire started at 4a.m till now when I took a picture at my office at the 27th floor..

After 2 months away..he is back and I am so happy..miss him so damn much

he got for me 2 bars of toblerone, shells from Seychelles, tshirt for my bro and a set of necklace and bracelet..he defitnely did not forget about toblerone..its my favourite!

But too bad his car is still not fix yet..tried to jump start..but to no avail still fails..

It will be unfair of me to bring me out here and there since he just arrived..i will just let him to settle things until he gets everything in order..

unlucky day to start the week

Yeap its one of those days where you start your monday with something horrible..i woke up early and cook for my lunch take out..left home early @ 6.45 to find out that that the road exiting to the main road was hell of a jam. There were a broken lamp post and it covered half of the road so the traffic dragged..i still moved eventhough the traffic light turn red..i speed like I was frustrated..and obviously the federal highway was jam to the train station..there were no parking left on the parking space I used to park so I had park the opposite site of the road..here I am in the train while blogging my frustration away..im definetly gonna be late for work =(But..On a brighter side..today's meeting was not bad..i got good remarks from the boss that my colleague and me are pretty good in taekwondo performance which he witnessed during the orientation 2 years ago where the performnace was the opening ceremony of the orientation event..everyone else was impressed..i dont think the previous batch had perform anything like this..those remarks made my day and counter my late arrival at work..Peacr

I went to the saloon today to highlight my hair and guess what the hair stylist mention that my hair is super healthy cause it took more than hour for the colour to absorb into my hair..she said..usually it takes 20 mins for the colour to show up..she asked if I were using any oil for my hair..and I said yes..It looks brown but I chose blonde cause my needs something stronger for the colour to absorb..but I told the hair stylist to use bleach instead.. Me hair looks great after the highlight..i love it..and it was a promotion..highlight+trim+wash and blow for only RM68..it was worth it! =D

Yesterday I made my sandwich in a different way and its alot more healthy than you thought..

I dont have a name for my sandwich but here are the ingredients..

Beef burger,hashbrown,lettuce,purple cabbage,capsium,olives, and toast bread with black pepper sauce..

Beef burger and hashbrown was cooked in a non-stick pan..healthy cause there is no grease or oil involve.. =D

My thoughts seems to be powerful..things that are not easy for me to do have actually came right at my face like few minutes ago..

The task which I am not eligible to do becomes a compulsary for me and it is not my expertise or I am not a specialist in it..why can't I say no?

If you are wondering what I was mentioning..its actually work related..lol

Why me? Why me??????? Why why why!!!

I was appointed to be one of the committee member of an international event hosted by a statutory body..which is where I work in..

My task is to be a secretariat, to record minutes of meeting with the CEO, emailing memos, and others. Its really not my thing really. Its also a technical job since it involves minutes of meeting. The part which I have prepare the memos are fine..i will just refer to templates..lol

If my dad hears about me involving in this international event..he is gonna be so proud of me..but not me..

And this appointment of me as the secretariat is not picked by accident or availability but it was a selection by my colleague which she thinks I could do this and she was so sure about it. I had to replace her cause she has her other important matters to attend to.

Man I hate this!! =(

Met an old friend @ the gym

Went to gym and met with an old friend which I used to work with at the gym 2 years ago..she was the instructor while I was the fitness consultant..i wasn't long there until my dad force me to resign coz I was coming home late..typical..

Well..my old friend, Dolly she introduced me to Yoga and train me on weights..and after 2 years I never expected that she would still be working out in the same gym..to my surprise..lol..she' married to an american guy last year..so happy for her..and she's down to malaysia for her wedding reception..of course I wasn't invited..hehe..it was within her close friends and family..but it was good to see her..she looks great..toned up muscles..damn..and she mentioned I look great..hehe..

Off to Body shop and bought facial mist cause my skin is dry..the other day I went for facial and the lady said that my skin is dry and need some moist so she suggested me to buy face mist..wear it where ever even on my make up on..

And I also bought a home fragrance oil which smells to soothing..im gonna burn those soon..

Something is coming up on 30th..nope not about my holidays..its my bonus..bonus..bonus..and im gonna save..save..save..

You thought im gonna shop..shop..shop..aren't ya? Typical Hehe..there is a chance of me shopping but the little things..big ones I am still waiting for February to come..like I have mentioned before about my credit card restriction..its still it is and I am proud of myself till now =p

Saving for something big..i maybe..'MAYBE' travelling to a pretty island next year..South Korea is a compulsory next year for my tournament..i was thinking if I could travel to Seychelles.. MAYBE!

I wish my bf could support half of my expenses travelling to his hometown =p

Oh well my dad manage to book a holiday for the family for new year eve..looks like I can't make it for my friend's kid's birthday..i texted her and she was sad to hear that I can't make it..she must have been very excited of my presence..

I told her to meet earlier in person so I can give her the present which I bought earlier..poor thing..i wonder what is so special about me that she is sad that I can't show up at the birthday party..besides I just met her after like 8 years..it was right after my high school SPM examination and after that I have never even seen or talk to any of my schoolmates..except for my bestfriends..

Back from the christmas holidays..didnt really do much..i spent most of my time sleeping..watching movies..chatting with bf online,groceries shopping and christmas visiting at Lea's place..got for her a present..the christmas open house was fun..my college buddy Najihah was there as well..we stayed up until midnight chit chatting..since its so hard for us to meet up..i suggested that we meet up for movies..Lea and Naj agreed..hopefully this time around it works..lol..

And oh..i will be on leave again this coming friday just to extend my holidays longer..leave was approved and I am so damn happy..well there is nothing to look forward for the holidays..no plans..just plain holiday except on 31st December where me and my friend,Iza were suppose to attend a friend's kid's birthday party..hopefully my parents is not planning for a family vacation during that time cause ive already bought a present for my friend's kid..

christmas eve

Its christmas eve and nope not celebratinh christmas in fact on my way to my uncle's wedding at kuala pilah..my mum was already there for the preparation and stuff..so me and elder bro left this afternoon..thought the journey is gonna be smooth but it turns out pretty bad when we reached the border of Nogori Sembilan..while I have to go through the jam..my elder bro sitting comfortably in the car and 'layaning' all his international friends..and then he had to pee! Wth? So we turn back to kl cause going towards Seremban was hell of a jam..im now at Nilai rest area..waiting for him to pee..haih..So we reached terachi in 4 hours which was suppose to be only 1 hour and 30 mins..wedding was such a mess..there were mud on the grass everywhere that it ruined my shoes!! Not cool!When were about to go home mum was finding for her phone..we all tried to call the phone but it was turned off..my mum remembered that she did not turn it off after receiving calls..she also remembered she left it on the fridge in my grandparents house..clearly 1 of her family member stole it..this was a disaster! My mum was so angry..she knew someone stole it but dont know who..and the phone was a gift from me to mum..even I was angry..So mum went in back the house and ask everyone whether they have seen it..none of them saw it..so we left..dirty liar..poor mummy..this is the first time she loose her phone..

Why do alot of people think im on diet when I don't eat rice during lunch time..What about the other parts of the world..rice is not their main meal..so are they on diet too?The thing about malaysians is that rice is the main meal and they must eat rice or else they'll cry craving for rice..There is alot of carbs in rice..if ure planning to have energy through rice,then you will need to burn it too..so why eating rice when you dont really need the energy to exercise..most of us just sit at our workplace after rice feeling full and sleepy cause thats what rice does..lol...I rather eat bread or noodles which is the next best thing to a healthy lunch..so I don't need to workout too hard burning whatever I consume.. So don't think im on diet, im just having healthy meals..

A close friend of mine,F..we were once party and hangout buddy until some issues came out and then we parted..and our friendship kinda gap and she didnt contact me anymore..lets just keep the issues to myself..but ive never stopped caring for her..she eventually came back =)

I apologized to her during the eid and she accepted it..sincere or not..at least I have did my part..the rest was up to her..

So kinda contacted again slowly..till very today I got to know she was engage! Through her facebook pictures which she uploaded the night before.. I didnt know she had bf and getting married early was not her thing at all..not her..i wonder how,what or why she ended up like that..she is only 19..ordinary guys was not her type..im shocked and confused..

We chated well today..and I was happy to be seeing her again..we chated almost the whole day..and she suggested to meet up so we could talk even more..so I called my other buddy, phoebe..so we all can meet together..phoebe was shocked herself..i even gave her a wake up text telling her the shocking news..she cant believe herself..lol

I can't wait for tonite's reunion with the girls I miss so much..hopefully F have alot of explanation to make on her sudden engagement

Drove here ..it took me 1 hour and 30 mins to reach here..my colleague was sleeping soundly while I speed reasonably..it was only 120km/h on the highway..its a standard speed for highways..come on..lol..its not even that fast..

By the way cut the story short..im here for some conferrence..the food at the hotel was not like I expected..its not outstanding..not even tasty..hopefully the breakfast will satisfy my apettite..

They have a gym in here together with jacuzzi and sauna..hopefully the facilities are good too..not sure if I can wake up early to go for a run on the treadmill..will try..hehe..

Ive been thinking of him..it hurts cause I miss him so much..its been 1 month now..gonna continue to occupy my spare times with activities..blogging this while im lying down on thi comfortable sofa bed which is by the window..all I could see is the colourful lights on the buildings in the town of malacca..im at the 16 floor..i can even see the sea fron up here..not the perfect view but its fine as long as I can see the beach..off to bed now..goodnight..

I may hate or dislike my boss but certain advices he lectures could be useful..coz he kept mentioning about wearing smart clothes makes you not only feel confident but having people respecting you in a good way..i got that compliment today..not from my boss particular..my colleagues..somehow they look so cheered up..

Another example of advice came from a collegue..she said..when you work hard non-stop and not even a 5 minutes break except for your lunch break..you feel that your salary has alot of value compared to you just hanging around the office doing nothing..i felt the value today coz I was almost done with the report..just that the grand finale is pending which is the conclusion and recommendation part..

Next advice came from a best friend..she said 'when you date someone who is out of country, you're perception changes and then your looks change..eventually you become a good looking person' well its not why im dating a foreigner cause of that..it just that I find foreigner intetersting and they have alot of unique ideas..their culture,food,music,clothing, language, accent, and lifestyle.

Next up advice come from a college buddy...she knew I like the 'car' since college days..and during that time I admired the 'car' and I actually had a brochure of the car picture pasted on the wall in my room..i still remember when it first produced in february 2009..it was love at first sight..hee..so I kept on admiring it until the day I got it..my dream came true..i know its a little crazy to think it that way..but she had a vision that 100% that I will get the car one day and this was refferring to the book 'the secret' she was reading that time..

Other advices were all mixed up..i forgot..i gotta recall again

My poor Nike Taekwondo uniform was in my wardrobe for almost 4 months since i came back from Korea..I'm gonna wear this for my training today =D
i bought this piece for a very reasonable price in Korea which was RM125/45,074 Won..compare if i were to buy it in Malaysia..its freaking expensive..i assume its somewhere around RM300++ in Malaysia..its worth buying it over there..

I know its a little early to think of my 2012 resolution, but what the heck..let me just type it down before I forget..first things first..

Health..consume healthy meals and workout more seriously in toning up..no more flabby body parts..i got to get discipline on that..once my gym 1 year contract is done in may..im gonna buy 12 lbs dumbell to work on it..don't mind the treadmill..i got bored running at a particular place..i got my running shoes, the right attire and my mp3 for my jogging around the housing area..thats good enough..

Next..no more swearing or cursing..well its not that I curse much..but I wanna be a curse free person..like instead of what the hell..say it what the heaven..just kidding..doesn't make sense..but still im gonna be a curse free person..

Next..being the the positive person as possible..coz when you think of good things..good thoughts..good impression..good things will happen to you..its a karma..lol..

Savings..no more spending money on unessasary items or whatever..spending on things that I really need..does cupcakes and chocolates a need? Hmm..that can be consider..hehe..most of my savings will be used for my leisure travellings either overseas or outstation.

Pray regularly..okay im not the type of person who prays 5 times a day, but I will try at least once a day..at least I do still believe in god..certain good things happens for a reason..and I believe as long as you're doing good to everyone and surrounding..im pretty sure it will reflect back at me.

Next..no more boredom days by doing nothing..well which is what I am experiencing now..i cherish everyday as something you can't waste..coz we are all running out of time as it moves faster when we keep chasing for that particular goal..i wish there are few more hours in a day..24 hours is not enough coz I spent at least 9 hours at work..6 hours on sleeping..2 hours of exercising..1 hour quality time for family and my pet..and the remaining 6 hours is cooking,eating,cleaning up,shower,grooming,online,blogging,laundry,nap, reading magazine or novel,spending quality time with bf and some other little details..i basically I don't do other things to improve myself..its sad..but I will surely find the time for it..

Last sunday I went to the saloon with mummy to do some scalp treatment and updo for the wedding..my updo was sophisticated..i could not count how many hair clips she put into my hair..i would have to say the staffs in nikel studio was very friendly and nice people..even my mum agreed to it..

I got my hair trim a little but it makes no difference anyway..lol..everything was rm28 ..which was pretty cheap for the package..

The hair updo was for a friend's wedding function which was held at old klang road..me and my family attrnded the function..

Went for a nike run at KL with my taekwondo buddy charmaine and her lil sister..ive completed 10km in 1 hour and 23 mins..

Proud of what I have achieved compared to my 10km run before..

My shoes have definetly dissapointed me..i stopped 3 times just to tie my shoe lace..and it always on the left side..annoying!

The event was fun..i had blisters on both of my 2nd toes..so I seeked for medical attention..

The prizes was pretty cool..a nike shoes thumbdrive? Just waw!! Me like..

Hell yea..what I meant was the workout I did yesterday was so painfull..its painfull today as well..i did 3 sets of 10 lunges with 12 LB dumbells on each hand and 3 sets of 10 squads by the wall..and woah it hurts but it feels good..i almost tripped myself in my high heels while walking to work..its really that sore..lol

I had to use the train cause my colleague wanted to share the parking..this time I tried taman jaya lrt..wuahhhh!! Open space parking is 7 bucks wert!! I thought it was 2 bucks..thats what my friend told me..hmm..its ok..just for the experience of it..i wonder if I can park at JPJ parking..since its free and the space is quite empty or is it for JPJ customers only?

its depressing

Bf was admitted into hospital at sunway medical centre last week wednesday on deepavali..his condition worsen when he had back pains and panic attack..doctor made a few test and found out that he had food poisoning..there were microbes found in his intestines and it was eating up the the inside wall..he had been sick for almost a month and we all suspected gastric but it turns out to be different..thank god it wasnt that bad..he was admitted for 3 days..and I was there to accompany him on wednesday, thursday and friday night..he look depressing as the sick must have made him feel moody and depressed..he lost alot of weight..i could see that he was shrinking..lets just hope he recovers fully..
On another event..im feeling sad and frustrated..not cause I dont get what I want..its just me over-emo for little things..since its 31st october..its our 1 year anniverssary and we cant get to celebrate coz he is still unwell and moody..i rather not meet him or else I will get sad out of doing nothing on our 1 year anniverssary ='(But me taekwondo buddies and me are going for disco skatting tonite..lets just hope I have lots of fun fun..hee..Happy 1 year anniverssary love..love you so much..get well soon

Deepavali & others

Happy deepavali everyone..have been visiting indian friends & family...it was interesting..received ang pau as well..had too much curry causing my stomach upset..lol..but im fine..
On Another matter..my bf was admitted into the hospital..he was unwell and was experiencing gastric, panic attacks, diarrohea, dizzyness for the past 1 month and now it just got worst..he was admitted into sunway medical hospital and given drips..doctor suspects he has indigestive problems..its probably also caused by loosing weight medicine which he has been taking and I wasn't aware of it..so now the doctor is doing some test on his blood and stool..waiting for some results..i was so worried looking at his condition..

It was a working day and the time was showing 15 mins to work timeout. I got a text from Naj..a close college friend of mine who is also working at traxx fm as a radio dj..she invited me to this music event called MPO-jam buster..a jazz show..it seems one of her friends is playing an instrument which is the drums..i was planning to go to the gym after work but what the hell..gym is a boring routine so I texted yes to naj that i will be meeting her at klcc by 6.15..
I was told by her that I cannot wear sneakers or sleepers..lucky that I have a few high heels options in my car and chose one..the only thing that doesn't match is my attire..i wore a baju kurung to work today..if I knew about this event earlier I would have already brought my dress..
Oh well I met naj at klcc and she looked stunning in her short dress..i was jealous coz I wore a boring baju kurung..lol..
We went into the hall together but the event have already started so waited till the band finish their song then we went in..i must say the event was somehow interesting and I enjoyed it..by the way it was my first time at dewan filharmonik petronas..after the show ended we went for a light dinner and she had to rush to changkat for another event..

financial management

Today's cost of living keep raising but our salary mantains and thats a torture..well im not sure of other people out there but I seem to be experiencing it..lucky that im staying with my family so I don't need to spend on room rent..other than that im paying everything on my own..from car installment to fuel to tolls which includes roadtax..study loan..phone and internet bills..gym..and my daily expenses..
I was thinking that the gym facilities is no longer benefecial to me because I keep myself fit by only jogging, sit ups, and dumbells. I bought dumbells recently and work on it at home..when it comes to jogging..its no different than running at the park and besides running on the treadmill bores me..sit ups..i could do that at home..i bought exercise mat and its like as though working out at the gym..sometimes I would go for the aerobic and dancing classes..well to be frank I learnt alot of dance moves throughout my aerobic session..its the same thing I could do it at home cause now that I have my awesome speakers altec lansing good enough to vibrate the whole first floor..even if my mum scream to turn it off..you can't even hear her voice..lol..
So i'm gonna quit gym next year when my contract ends in May..from there I save RM145 a month out of my salary..
Food..recently I changed my eating habit from dining outside to cooking from home..i tell ya..i save at least half of my food expenses usually I spent around RM200+ a month for lunches during my working days on weekdays..but now I buy supplies like meat and veges or pasta/spagetthi..since im an eater I can cook how much I want without even spending extras to fulfil my hunger needs..of course waking up extra early to cook is another effort..but its all worth it..well here is an example of my lunch pack ..

It friday again..friday comes pretty fast and thats what freaking me out.

Credit card! Finally got it approved after numberous time of applications but failed. This time I went through my colleague's friend who happens to work at the bank and got it approved within 2 months..but then again unlimited use of credit card can be dangerous coz u know what they say there are things money can't buy but there is credit card and I have made rules to myself that I will use credit card for the reward points and in the same time I make sure I pay back the outstanding bills right away..

Recently I got rashes all over my hands, face around my eyes and in the arse! Wth! Not a cool thing..i was torturing out of itchyness..im thankful my doctor had advice me n gave the nessesary vaksin for my rashes..cause of alergies is probably the dark chocolate my friend gave me..that was the first time eating dark chocolate of a brand ive never heard before..

It took me a while to figure out the title of this post and i finally found it by reffering to my Blog title which is actually gonna match what im about to post in here..

1.KOREA
Hanmadang Taekwondo Event at Seoul have changed our lives..
The season was summer but it was not all hot hot like Malaysia..it was raining and cold..Korea is one clean country and the citizens walk alot too..

2.Navel Piercing
I promised myself after the Korean competition that i will get a belly button piercing which ive always wanted to do..finally i got the guts to do it..it wasn't that pain like i expected.By the way..it does looks pretty on me. My gym workouts have been showing some good results on my toned abs.LOL

3.Family Vacation to Lake Kenyir, Terengganu
It was one of our best vacation and it was definetly not the annual holiday that we only travel to Pangkor. This time it was different and interesting.

4.Boyfriend got me a surprise gift and a Charles & Keith purse.
Well i told him that my purse was torn and all..he offered to buy it for me..weee..

5.Dad left a note on my lunch pack, such a sweet surprise =D

6.Granpa's not feeling well
Went back to my mum's hometown to check on Datuk..poor thing he felt on the bathroom floor

7.Aidilfitri's company dinner at Legend Hotel, KL

8.Fraser's Hill
Went for a short trip with Boyfriend to Fraser's Hill..it was interesting and Fraser's Hill was so cold and empty..i felt like there were only us up there..

9.Samsung Galaxy Mini
I got myself another phone..i find it very convenient and light to carry around instead of my super heavy SE Xperia X10. Of course im using both of it..My Samsung for my regular calls and text while My Sony is for the internet.

10. Shoes
I have to admit that i am getting more feminine now days..im starting to like High Heels!! i wear those to work..Here are Valentino Rudy and Carlo Rino

i have not quit from blogging yet..its just that i was just busy and my days was pretty hectic with trainings and stuff..KOREA, taekwondo,shopping, ramadan, iftars dates, bf, cleaning up my rooms, planning up for holidays, work..warrant of arrest, break ins, new gadgets, new piercings, working out and lots more..will update on my previous events soon..stay tune ;-)

Last Friday i took a day off from work and sent my car for a spa treat..manicure & pedicure on its rims..detox on the engine and interior..facial on the car body..massage on the 4 tyres (alignments..lol) and he thanked me by giving me a safe and smooth ride home..
Back home just looking at it..i said 'you look handsome today' and wink at him before entering the house..hehe

You heard it right

The most bad experience i ever had during my dining in a most reputable restaurant..i was dining in Italiannies 1 utama with some friends on 8 July 2011, Friday somewhere around 9p.m. First of all the service was very bad, we call to take our order but it took them long time to come to our table. After calling for the 2nd time and third time, the waitress came with a sour face. Which i hope she would be friendly but no. I ordered spaghetti aglio olio while my friends ordered spaghetti salmon smoked. The part I wanted to complaint is that, when I was eating my meal, i noticed there were a cockroach near to the olive. I gasped, i pulled it with my fork and was shocked to see it was a cockroach, I quickly took a picture and call the waiter to tell him about it and at the same time there were a short hair on my friend's meal too. So he took both of our plates without explanation. We waited for few minutes but nobody came to our table to give an explanation. Feeling eerie and disgusted, I and my friends decided to just get out of the restaurant. So i went to the waiter who took our plates and I requested to see the manager, an Indian guy came up and told me that this is the first time they experiencing this and he told me that i don't need to pay for my meals together with my friend's meal. He did not offer anything else or compensate us for the damage done. I was pretty traumatised myself just knowing that there were a cockroach on my food. I felt like vomiting and i felt disgusted not knowing what's going to happen inside with all the bacteria stuck to the cockroach. Just so you know..Italiannies is not a clean restaurant after all. YUCKS!!

It is somehow an interesting exposure to experience

im gonna have an experience to perform a warrant of arrest of a suspect for a case that i was investigating..its not one case..but 2 cases involving charging the suspect in court..

my seniors and managers are gonna help me out with the procedure..hopefully if a photographer takes a pic of me..i definetly have to look good in it or else no pictures at all..

Its been awhile since i last blogged and there were alot of good stuffs happened..
First up..
I am officially a Celebrity Fitness member @ (confidential) hehe..I took up gym cause of the bad weather and also in terms of security and convenience.
Now here goes my road to toning up and staying healthy! yeah!

Had alot of fun fun, and had some relax out of the city..stayed at Ancasa Hotel..It was a 2 room apartment..pretty big apartment..and our apartment was facing the sea side..and some other ppl showed up which is also (P&C) LOL

Every year my family and I have this our little vacation at pangkor..rite now I'm at pangkor blogging this..so happen they have wifi here..with that I won't feel bored..this year it was different coz there were family n friends going along..so I drove my car with my siblings in it..and my aunties in my dad's car..its funny that my aunties brought so many begs like as though they're gonna stay here for a week or something..my siblings ended up carrying for them coz they couldnt carry all their bags by themself..lol
Yesterday evening, I went jogging on the beach with my younger brother..it was cool coz this is my first time jogging on the sand barefoot..I felt like we have been jogging for 1 and a half hour from
one end to the other end..and then today I checked ot there were something stuck under my foot..damn..and it annoying..I dont even know what it is..
last nite..we had family time with the aunties n uncle..mum n dad were dancing..when I was here obviously I missed him..called him but he was dressing up to go to the club..then he text me around 1 am..where I was already in my deep sleep..preety tired coz I drove for almost 3 hours to the jetty..then jog for 1 hour..but that was a good workout though..was thinking of buying something nice for him..
Tomorrow I will be heading back to kl..an the following day is a working day for me..can't wait for my port dickson trip with the girls next weekend..yay!
